The Malaysian Aviation Briefing Terminal is not accessible unless you have a login and password (which turns out to mean you have to be a commerical airline employee). However by going to the KLIA data e.g. radar, directly it is possible to by-pass the login requirements by clicking here.

The data resolution is somewhat poor and the system is error prone on occasion but its the best I know of.

Considering the Met Office has significantly upgraded the radar/weather station hardware in recent times its a shame they cannot provide this data FOC and with much higher quality as, say, is provided in America and elsewhere.
