We own this aircraft and is hangared at our facility in Placerville, California. The 1981 C-182's have a gross weight of 3100 lbs (1301.0 lbs. Useful Load), redesigned cabin door latches system with upper door latch pins, redesigned vents in wing root or better ventilation and sealing and redesigned fuel selector linkage improved for more positive feel.
